What i understand about plagiarism it is an act of getting someone's idea without putting citation on your work on the credits you owe to the person having the original idea.

Like in school, especially college classes that require a lot of reading, which many of us barely have enough time to scrap together to do all of.

The way i avoid plagiarism is to avoid reading anything written by somebody else. Unfortunately, this is not really what higher education is supposed to be about. While university teachers prize originality, they are not so keen on students relying entirely on imagination. By original thought, they tend to mean thinking something new about the thoughts of lots of other people, rather than just making it up.

I think this is not copyright infringement. While both terms may apply to a particular act, they are different article or source by meaning of case to other changing capabilities. Is violate of rights of copy right holder, maybe material protected by copyright like in cheating or changing of word used without consent. Increment to the plagiarizing author's reputation that is achieved though false claims of authorship.
